On Episode 26 of The Special Relations join Calum McDougall, Rory McNamara and Ben Locke as they start the new year off in grand style.

In this episode they discuss the 'Royal Rumble match is just like pizza' analogy and whether or not this still is true today. We then wrap up all things 1996 with our look at the final part of the year including a devilishly hard music question set by Calum.

We then debut a new segment called 'the blind spot' where we will watch a match that best demonstrates a promotion/era one of us isn't familiar with.  For the first edition Ben picked a match from the modern(ish) era of WWE as we go back to 2019 and a match that was a lot better than it was given credit for.

Come for the concept but stay to find out if there was a party it's The Special Relations.

On the newest episode of the SS, Scott & Dr. G recap (after talking about imbibing during a blizzard) an unusual episode of NWA Powerrsurge with unusual guest hosts. Then they reveal names 60-21 on their GWCW Superstar list. So sit back and enjoy the fun & games on the newest episode of the Saturday Special!
