T.J. McAloon Show EP 9: Matt Gajtka

T.J. McAloon Show EP 8: Jay Clemons

You cannot watch any NFL games without seeing an ad for either Draft Kings or Fan Duel. Fantasy Football is huge, and it's popularity is at an all-time high. So with that being said, my guest this week is the award winning fantasy football writer, Jay Clemons. We won't fix your terrible team. Or, the fact that you drafted C.J. Anderson and Eddie Lacy only to watch your roster burn like a California Wild Fire. But what we will do is talk about the Big Ten, those advertisements and cartoons that are dominating the television landscape. 

T.J. McAloon Show Episode 7: Zach Rymer

With the baseball season coming to a close I sent the podcast signal out to Oakland to get my buddy Zach Rymer on the show. We took a look at the upcoming playoffs and which teams are trending the right direction towards postseason success. Plus, we take a look at some of the teams that didn't live up to their hype at the beginning of the season. And, we spent five more minutes than anyone else with a radio show or podcast talking about the Arizona Diamondbacks.

After a short hiatus we are back with a brand new episode! This week's guest is Bleacher Report's lead college football writer, Barrett Sallee. We talked briefly about the upcoming season, and what work Barrett will be taking on. Plus, we took a minute to discuss some trashy TV and drew a comparison to the CFB season and Bachelor in Paradise. 

TJ McAloon Show Episode 5: Brian Kitts

Episode five of the T.J. McAloon Show touches on a very important subject: acceptance. This week we had on one of the founders of the "You Can Play Project, Brian Kitts. Brian and I talked about the advancements of the LGBT community in sports. From High School to College to even the Pros, their movement has touched on the lives on athletes in helping them feel comfortable in their sport. Their work has spanned the NHL, CFL, MLS and other professional sport leagues and teams in being the leaders at accepting everyone for who they are.If there's one thing that comes from this week's show it's something that  we said in the interview. Hopefully one day when an athlete comes out of the closet it isn't met with a huge announcement. It's just another athlete playing for another team. 

T.J. McAloon Show Eisode 4: Gabe Zaldivar

Do you like baseball, movies, comics, Sesame Street on HBO, or Cuban Rum? Well, if you like any of these this episode is for you! This week I had Gabe Zaldivar from Travel Pulse and Forbes to talk about all of these subjects listed above. It's amazing how many topics two people can cover in about 45mins. But, we did our best. Also, this week's show gives out advice on how to travel out of the country. And, we take a look into Major League Baseball adding more live animals as their mascots. Like, for example, a rally raccoon. Plus, we ask the age old question, "Do you miss steroids in baseball?" 

The T.J. McAloon Show Episode 3: Will Tidey

Episode three of the T.J. McAloon Show goes across the pond the England. Well, sorta, as my guest this week, the editor and boss of Bleacher Report's Soccer section Will Tidey, is FROM England, but resides in North Carolina. However, he was traveling to Manchester while we taped so we'll count it as our first international podcast. Will and I spent a good 20minutes previewing the upcoming English Premier League season. We discussed what league champion Chelsea will have to do to repeat. If this is Man U's Wayne Rooney's last season. T.J. McAloon Show Episode 2 - Big Nasty talks Hulk Hogan & More

​With Episode One finished we roll onto the second show of, "The T.J. McAloon Show". This week's guest is the face of Bleacher Report's WWE section: Big Nasty. He's the host of his own weekly podcast, "PodNasty" and someone that enjoys late 90's/early 00's rap and hip hop as much as I do.We spend the first portion of the podcast discussing his work on his podcast and Bleacher Report before moving onto Hulk Hogan and his recent racist comments. The discussion kicks up when we discover why black wrestlers aren't pushed or represented well inside the WWE. This week's episode is a great discussion on the race in wrestling topic.
