Welcome to Episode 5 of Starflation, the podcast that says 5 stars has never been enough!

 

The concept? Prior to January 2017, we had been using the long standing and well known 5-star rating system for rating wrestling matches. That all changed when Dave Meltzer gave the main event of Wrestle Kingdom 11 SIX stars, before going SEVEN stars on Omega/Okada IV in June 2018, giving us the 7-star scale we now use. But that poses a question, what about the hundreds of matches rated the full 5 and above before June 2018? Don't worry, we've got you covered!.

 

In this episode, the Calum, Ben and Logan jump out of their remain in Japan to look at another six-man tag-team match pitting the Revolution stable of Genichiro Tenryu, Samson Fuyuki and Toshiaki Tawada against the team of Jumbo Tsuruta, Masanobu Fuchi and Yoshiaki Yatsu from the 17^th and final date of the AJPW New Year Giant Series 1989!
